3D Booth Design

Booths that move people.

See your booth in 3D before anything is built. We plan it around how visitors really behave: how they walk in, what they see first, where they stop, and where your team closes the deal. Then we hand clear drawings to your builder.

01 Traffic flow

Easy in. Easy through. Easy out.

A crowded entrance or a dead-end corner quietly loses you visitors. We plan the walking route first, so people move through your booth without getting stuck.

  • A clear way in from the busiest aisle
  • No queues at the demo or the counter
  • A natural way out that passes your best message
Side view: from 20 feet away a visitor sees messages above the crowd, while anything below 4 feet is hidden
02 Sightlines

Seen from 20 feet away.

In a busy hall, heads block anything low down. So we put your logo and key message up high, where people can see it over the crowd.

  • Key messages placed above 7 feet
  • Nothing important in the hidden zone below 4 feet
  • Text sized to read from across the aisle
Booth plan with four zones a visitor walks through: attract, demo, talk, close
03 Zone planning

A space for every step of the sale.

Every booth visit follows the same four steps. We give each step its own space, sized to how your team sells.

  • Attract — stop people walking past
  • Demo — let them try the product
  • Talk — a counter or seats for real conversations
  • Close — a quiet, private room to agree the deal

04 Builder-ready

Drawings your builder can build from.

We don’t build booths. We give your builder everything they need to build it right the first time, with no guesswork.

  • Drawings to scale, with every size marked
  • Print files checked for colour and bleed
  • A materials and finishes list
06 Booth sizes

Any size, any hall.

From a small inline booth to a large island open on all four sides. Sizes are in feet. Dashed edges are the open sides facing the aisle.

10 × 10

Inline. Open on one side. Smart use of every foot.

10 × 20

Inline. Room for a demo and a counter.

20 × 20 corner

Open on two sides. Twice the passing traffic.

20 × 20+ island

Open on all sides. Full zones and a VIP room.

FAQ

Good questions to ask first.

Do you build the booth?

No. We design and plan it, then give your builder clear drawings and print files. If you don’t have a builder yet, we can suggest trusted ones near your venue.

What do I get at the end?

A 3D concept of your booth, a floor plan with zones and walking routes, drawings to scale, print-ready graphics and a materials list.

How early should we start?

Ideally 10 to 12 weeks before the show, so your builder and printers have time. We can still help closer to the date; just ask.

Can you check a booth design we already have?

Yes. Send it over and we’ll review the walking route, sightlines and print files, and tell you what to fix before it goes to the builder.

Planning a booth for your next show?

Tell us the event, the booth size and what you sell. We’ll come back with a 3D concept and a clear plan for how visitors will move through it.
