Everything at your stand,
designed as one set.
Here’s what we do. Most clients start with the event collateral and media, then add print checks, stage screens or the booth itself. Whatever you pick, it all uses the same colours.
360° Event Collateral & Media System
Everything visitors see, touch, wear or take home, designed together in the exact same colours as your booth.
- Roll-ups & standees — tall banners that pull people in from the aisle.
- Table covers & podiums — fitted to your exact table size.
- Staff uniforms — polos, jackets and badges that match the booth.
- Brochures & print — leave-behinds, product sheets and business cards.
- VIP gifts — premium boxes and keepsakes for top prospects.
Stage screens & social posts
Your brand should look the same on the main stage and on LinkedIn as it does at the booth.
- Keynote slides — built for big 16:9 LED screens, not stretched from a laptop.
- Booth screen loops — short videos and dashboards that read from across the aisle.
- Social post pack — before, during and after-event posts in the same look.
Print-ready files that match
Colours shift between printers, fabrics and screens. We set up every file so your blue comes out as your blue, on every material.
- One colour spec sheet — the exact colour codes every printer and supplier must use.
- Files set up for each material — fabric, paper, vinyl and shirts, each with the right size and bleed.
- Checked before sending — every file reviewed so there are no costly reprints at the venue.
3D booth design
Need the booth too? We design it in 3D, plan how visitors walk through it, keep your message visible over the crowd, and give your builder clear drawings.
- Walking routes with no bottlenecks
- Key messages placed where people can see them
- Drawings your builder can build from
Four suppliers, four blues.
Or one studio, one look.
The usual way
- A different supplier for banners, shirts, print and gifts
- Brand colours that drift from piece to piece
- Files that look fine on screen but print wrong
- You chasing proofs and deadlines across four inboxes
- Problems found at the venue, when it’s too late
The Summit Grid way
- One studio designs every piece
- One colour spec, used on every file
- Files set up and checked for each material
- One point of contact from brief to delivery
- Everything arrives matching, ready for the show

Common questions.
Do you print everything too?
We design and prepare the files, then send them to your printers and suppliers with a colour spec sheet. If you don’t have suppliers yet, we can recommend trusted ones near your event.
Can you match what we already have?
Yes. Send us your current booth or brand files and we’ll design the missing pieces to match them exactly.
How early should we start?
About 6 to 8 weeks before the show gives printers plenty of time. Closer than that? Ask anyway; we can often still help.
Can you check files we’ve already designed?
Yes. We’ll check colours, sizes and print settings and tell you what to fix before anything goes to the printer. Results within 24 hours.
Not sure what you need?
Book a free 15-minute call. Tell us about your event and we’ll suggest what to make, what to reuse and what to skip.
