GITEX Global 2026 · Dubai

GITEX booth design that stops the aisle.

GITEX Global 2026 moves its exhibition to Expo City Dubai, 8 to 11 December, after the GITEX Summit on 7 December. Bigger halls, more stands, more noise. We plan your stand in 3D, make sure it is seen from across the hall, and hand clear drawings to your Dubai builder. Then we match every banner, screen and shirt to it.

Why GITEX is different

A new venue. The same fight for attention.

GITEX is one of the biggest tech shows in the world, and 2026 is the exhibition’s first year at Expo City Dubai. Nobody has a “usual spot” any more. Visitors will walk new halls and new aisles, so a stand that is easy to spot and easy to walk into wins the traffic. See the official GITEX Global 2026 site.

01 Hall sightlines

Seen over the crowd, from 6 metres away.

GITEX aisles are packed. Heads and phones block anything low. We place your logo and one clear message high up, where people see it before they reach you.

  • Logo and key message above 2.1 m
  • Nothing important below 1.2 m, where the crowd hides it
  • Text sized to read from across the aisle, in English and Arabic if you need it
Stand floor plan with visitors walking in from the main aisle, past the demo and out without a bottleneck
02 Traffic flow

Built for GITEX crowds.

Live demos draw a crowd, and a crowd in the wrong place blocks your own entrance. We plan the walking route first, so the demo pulls people in instead of pushing them away.

  • A clear way in from the busiest aisle
  • Demo crowds that stand inside your stand, not across the entrance
  • A quiet meeting space for the conversations that matter

03 Dubai fabricator handover

Drawings your Dubai builder can build from.

We don’t build stands. We give your local fabricator a complete, metric drawing set, ready for the organiser’s stand approval, so nothing is guessed on site.

  • Plans and elevations to scale, in metres
  • Print files checked for colour, size and bleed
  • Materials, finishes and an LED screen content spec
One colour spec flowing out to an LED keynote, social post, staff uniforms, roll-up banner, table drape, print and VIP kit
04 Matched collateral

Everything at your stand, in one exact colour.

Roll-ups, table drapes, staff shirts, LED screen loops, brochures and your GITEX social posts, all designed with the stand, so the whole team looks like one brand.

  • One colour spec for every printer and supplier
  • Screen loops sized for your LED wall
  • Pre-show and live social posts that match the stand
06 Your GITEX countdown

Ten weeks is enough. Just.

Stand approvals, printing and LED content all take time. Here is how we fit a GITEX stand into the weeks before the show. Always check the deadlines in your exhibitor manual.

  1. 01

    Brief

Send your stand number, size and floor plan. A 15-minute call is enough to start.

  2. 02

    3D concept

You see the stand in 3D, with the walking route, zones and sightlines marked.

  3. 03

    Drawings

Your builder gets scale drawings for the organiser’s stand approval and for the build.

  4. 04

    Print and screens

Graphics, collateral and LED loops go to your suppliers, checked and in one colour spec.

07 Stand sizes

From shell scheme to island.

Sizes are in metres, as GITEX sells them. Dashed edges are the open sides facing the aisle.

3 × 3 m

Shell scheme. Graphics that make the walls work hard.

3 × 6 m

Room for a demo and a counter.

6 × 6 m corner

Open on two sides. Twice the passing traffic.

9 × 9 m+ island

Open on all sides. Full zones and a meeting room.

FAQ

GITEX stand questions.

Where and when is GITEX Global 2026?

GITEX Global 2026 runs from 7 to 11 December 2026. The GITEX Summit opens on 7 December, and the exhibition, where the stands are, runs from 8 to 11 December at Expo City Dubai. It is the exhibition’s first year at Expo City, after many years at Dubai World Trade Centre.

Is it too late to plan a stand for GITEX 2026?

Not yet, but start now. About ten weeks is enough for a 3D concept, builder drawings and print files, as long as decisions are made quickly. Check your exhibitor manual for the stand approval deadline.

Do you build the stand in Dubai?

No. We design and plan it, then give your Dubai fabricator clear drawings and print files. If you don’t have a builder yet, we can suggest ones to talk to.

We have a shell scheme stand. Can you help?

Yes. On a small stand the wall graphics, a roll-up and the counter do all the work. We make sure they are readable from the aisle and match the rest of your brand.

Can you check a stand design we already have?

Yes. Book a free 15-minute review and we will check the walking route, sightlines and print files, and tell you what to fix before it goes to your builder.
